Wildina
Wildina is a video loop created from a bodily encounter with the proportions of the video frame.
Premiered in San Francisco at a show called HUM. Check out some press here

Film: Laida Lertxundi, Drums: Corey Fogel
highlights from a film portrait of me, playing drums in a candid live concert setting, and in staged shots and ideas. The film focuses heavily on residual, often isolated content yielded by my personal performance style and its effects on light, shadows, my body, my equipment, and surrounding objects.
Purl Drums
Purl Drums is an experiment intersecting my two favorite activities: drumming and knitting. The point of intersection is
the implements. I try to keep each craft as authentic as possible, with few creative leanings towards either. The result was a mutual crippling of my knitting and drumming form and technique.
ff Countercumulative Marcotting
The prototypical first rendering of this dance + acoustic noise improvisation between me and approximately 300 metal black pepper containers worn on my body. An ambient performance   in a public space without beginning or end. I encountered these containers at a confidential document shredding plant.

Give It To Me
A Reverse Turing Test; an adaptation of the Busta Rhymes- Mariah Carey epic I Know What You Want. An experiment in endurance, in turquoise, and in one-man-band orchestration. Performed in the storefront of Machine Project in Echo Park,

Los Angeles.

I Want To Know What Drum Is
An excerpt from my MFA Thesis performance: a concerto-like long-form piece for improviser (me), navigating through several ensemble configurations of composed accompaniment. Featured here are cello and gong ensembles.
untitled
untitled is my first venture into gestural performance art. I am in the middle of the cardboard structure, caged by adjustable shower curtain rods that modulate the dimensions. Weaving in an out of the walls are slats of metal that are amplified and sound according to my movement.
